We do not use graduates, inexperienced technologists, or people who just 'read the book out' as we have heard our customers talk about other training provider experiences.

	George Ball Instructor specialising in Java / J2EE / Unix / Perl / XML / Web Services George has been working in technical training over many years, and his knowledge and approach to training are greatly admired amongst many others in the profession. You cannot fail to be impressed when you are in the classroom with George. You will learn much about the subject, but his wider IT experience also shines throughout his delivery.
	Dan Haywood Instructor and consultant specialising in Agile, Object Modelling, Java, .NET and Sybase technology Dan has 20 years experience as a consultant, architect, mentor and trainer. He is also a published author and a regular presenter at agile conferences. His experience takes in a wide variety of enterprise technologies used in various industries, primarily government, the financial industry and utilities. When not delivering training or consultancy Dan is a committer for a number of open source projects, including the Naked Objects framework and its sister projects.
	Naomi Pocock Training Coordinator Naomi joined Conygre in 2009 and helps us to make sure that courses run smoothly, and that all instructors know where they should be and when, and all the practical details of our training courses are catered for allowing our instructors to focus on delivering quality training.
	Nick Todd Founder and Owner - specialising in Java / J2EE / .NET / UML / XML / Web Services Nick is a highly experienced educator and mentor, in demand for his expertise in many areas of Java EE and .NET technologies. Nick also spends a lot of his time working with a number of different software modelling methodologies including RUP, Test Driven Development, and other Agile methodologies. Nick is a published author, writing the JavaServer Pages Developers Handbook for Sams Publishing and Nick has also authored various training courses and papers over the years for various global and local companies.
	Sarah Todd Financial Controller Sarah has been keeping the books and managing the financial aspects of Conygre for many years.

Richard Triance Instructor - specialising in .NET / Java / C++ / VB / Web Services / XML Richard has been working with Conygre pretty much from the start, writing material and delivering training for us. Richard has been in technical training for many years, and Nick Todd, the founder of Conygre, sat his first ever IT course as a student with Richard! His training style is excellent, and students want him back!
